Site 21: Teufelssteine (21) (Devils Stones)
The devils Stones are right next to the village street leading eastward from Vrees just outside Bischofsbrück. They are part of a bigger group of graves that have unfortunately been removed in the 19th and 20th century. The chamber of the existing grave is 6 x 1.5 metres in size and has tree bays. It is completely preserved, an almost unparalleled quality.
The enormous capstones are very impressive. The biggest is about 3 x 3 metres in size. The enclosure is only partly intact.
